International Oil & Gas Law, Contracts and Negotiations Conference

Houston partner Richard Deutsch, co-head of the firm's International Arbitration Group, made a presentation on international arbitration in international energy contracts at the "International Oil & Gas Law, Contracts and Negotiations" conference sponsored by the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Institute for Energy Law.

Richard's "International Dispute Resolution" presentation was included in the segment, "From Discovery to Decommissioning." Richard has represented clients in arbitrations involving international energy contracts and presently sits as an arbitrator in an international dispute involving an energy contract in South America. He is also the firm's sole member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
