Senior Office Administrator

McGuireWoods began its West Coast expansion in 2005 with the opening of its Century City office. Since then, the firm has opened additional California offices in downtown Los Angeles and San Francisco. Our West Coast team is full service, representing clients in all major practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity, debt finance, real estate, complex commercial litigation, antitrust and trade litigation, and labor and employment.

Our mergers and acquisitions and private equity team represents private equity sponsors in the health care, food and beverage, consumer, and manufacturing industries. We are part of a national team, which consistently is top-ranked in national league tables for middle-market M&A transactions. Our debt finance group represents major financial institutions and leading nonbank lenders in syndicated lending and other complex financing transactions.

Our real estate group continues to expand its reputation within the wireless communications industry and in handling major development projects.

The lawyers in our complex commercial litigation, antitrust and trade litigation, and labor and employment practices have unique experience handling complex class actions and other sophisticated commercial disputes. Their combined experience includes wage and hour class actions and class action defense for clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, large national franchisors and telecommunications entities.

The diversity of Los Angeles is reflected in the diversity of our office. We are tight-knit and pride ourselves on serving our community. We are passionate about providing pro bono legal services and we commit numerous volunteer hours for many local organizations, including Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Public Counsel, Bet Tzedek, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and Downtown Women’s Center.
