Our debt finance group represents major financial institutions and leading nonbank lenders in syndicated lending and other complex financing transactions.
Our real estate group continues to expand its reputation within the wireless communications industry and in handling major development projects.

Their combined experience includes wage and hour class actions and class action defense for clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, large national franchisors and telecommunications entities.
