Members of the firm’s Atlanta real estate team represented Simpson Housing LLLP on its sale of the 1,206-unit Horizons apartment complex, located between Denver and Boulder, Colorado. The buyer, Bell Partners Inc., will rename the property Bell Flatirons. Assisting on this $250 million deal – the largest apartment complex deal in Colorado history − were McGuireWoods partners John Grieb and Josiah Bancroft, associates Nicholas Kelley and David Weinstein, paralegal Rich Winkler and secretary Sharon Hall.
