Just Anti-Corruption, a respected publication specializing in FCPA developments, published an article “Compliance Concerns Complicate Credit Agreements,” written by partners Alex Brackett, Charlie Menges and Pat Rowan in its Sept. 4 edition. The article discusses trends in enforcement of sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations, including how vigorous enforcement against banks is affecting risk allocation and compliance obligations financial institutions are requiring corporate borrowers to sign onto in credit agreements.
