McGuireWoods was named to Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Top Corporate Law Firms and was among the firms with the most recommendations for corporate governance law based on survey responses from 2,500 lawyers. The list was published recently on Forbes’ website.
Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to create its first-ever list of 243 top U.S. corporate law firms, including firms most recommended in particular practice areas.
McGuireWoods’ corporate governance team includes former in-house counsel, public company board members and regulatory agency officials who advise clients on regulatory obligations, disclosure requirements and best practices.
