Partners Craig Bell and Jim Neale were quoted in a story published in the Charlottesville Daily Progress on April 17 titled “Judge: State devalued Biscuit Run property.” Craig and Jim represented a group of developers who sued the state of Virginia for devaluing a 1,200-acre parcel of county land by nearly $45 million.
